✨ Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR programs and processes across Europe and the US, including payroll, contracts, and employee records.
  • Provide HR support for employees and managers, handling queries, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws in Europe and the US, coordinating with external experts when necessary.
  • Support employee development and engagement initiatives, including training, feedback, and cultural programs.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in an international setting focusing on Europe.
  • Good understanding of European labor laws
  • Experience working with EOR providers.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
