✨ Job Description
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop new features and improvements for the Qase.io product
  2. Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders to refine and execute new
  3. Regularly deliver moderately-sized features and improvements with minimal supervision and collaborate on larger projects.
  4. Enhance the user experience by improving the quality of frontend features across various groups.
  5. Champion enhancements in product quality, security, and performance that can have a significant impact across your team.
  6. Solve complex, high-scope technical problems.
  7. Provide mentorship to Junior and Intermediate Engineers, facilitating their technical growth and removing obstacles.

Requirements:
  1. Professional experience with React or other modern JavaScript web frameworks.
  2. In-depth understanding of core web and browser concepts
  3. Understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts.
  4. English proficiency, both written and verbal, for success in a remote and predominantly asynchronous work environment.
  5. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical, architectural, or organizational issues and provide comprehensive, iterative solutions.
  6. Comfortable working in a highly agile, iterative software development process.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.

Nice-to-haves:
  1. Knowledge of GoLang.
  2. Experience in a peak-performance organization, preferably a tech startup.
  3. Experience in a product company.
  4. Experience contributing to open-source software.

Hiring Process (up to 2 weeks):
  1. Selected candidates will be invited for an intro interview with the VP of Engineering.
  2. Candidates will then be invited to schedule a 60-minute technical interview.
  3. Finally, candidates will be invited to schedule a 60-minute offer interview with the VP of Engineering and the Founder of Qase.io.
