✨ Job Description
Qase is looking for a remote Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for imagining and delivering effective campaigns that will increase brand awareness, product usage, website traffic, and revenue. This is a marketing role that works cross-functionally with the customer success, sales, and product teams.

The Digital Marketing Specialist uses paid content, social advertising (including forums such as Quora and Reddit), email marketing, and creative storytelling to connect Qase with relevant target audiences — improving brand awareness, conversion, and loyalty.

The ideal candidate for this role has demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for digital advertising, sales-driven initiatives, reaching diverse audiences and is strategic, proactive, action-oriented, and driven to succeed.


  • Develop & optimize growth channels
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising, to reach business owners and C-suite decision makers.
  • Identify and segment target audiences within the software industry to maximize the impact of campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Set up and monitor analytics dashboards to report on key performance metrics and performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Make data-driven improvements and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to Demand Gen and Product Marketing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Content to create compelling resources, such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, downloadable assets, and more
  • Collaborate with the Director of Content to develop social media content for all Qase channels including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
  • In consultation with the Director of Content, plan, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy including Google Ad search campaigns and display ad campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Sales and RevOps team for sales enablement content, pipeline efficiency, data insights and hygiene, landing page needs, and ensuring seamless lead handoff.
  • Collaborate with the Product and Customer Success teams to build targeted campaigns and highlight resources throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Propose new initiatives, A/B experiments, etc. to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand
  • Stay up-to-date on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Attend conferences if and when needed (anticipate less than 10% travel).


  • 2+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics platforms such as Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tell stories that bring Qase's mission and brand voice to life.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media standards and best practices, as well as recent trends.
  • Experience working with content creators, and the ability to decide the needs of various channels and to coordinate and execute the best possible formats for each with our content/creative team.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to effectively manage several projects at once, prioritize responsibilities, and get through blockers.
  • A passion for metrics and experience using data to guide decisions, programs and spend.
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Sprinklr, Loomly, Buffer or alternative social media management platform is desired.
  • Portfolio of relevant previous campaigns is not required but preferred.
  • Mock-up and prototyping experience in tools like Miro, Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a huge plus.
