While the product team at VEED looks after different areas of the product. Growth at VEED champions different part of our user's journey that spans across different parts of the product and work with the company to drive massive impact. Another way we think about growth is that products work on a user's "happy path", while growth works on problems for the "unhappy users".

The growth team at VEED are cross-functional, fully stacked. We operate our teams like a startup within a startup. We operate by the philosophy of startup within a startup. You will have a great amount of autonomy over how your team create solutions and deliver values at VEED. With that, comes a high level of accountability.

We love talking to our users and think it is the best way to get to know them. This is important because after all, they are the ones paying for it! There's lots of room for creativity, learning and experimentation.

To date, this strategy has guided our entire product development and has served us extremely well.

That being said, we also deeply believe in having a top-down, first principle thinking from the team. We expect you to have a strong opinion (weakly held) on how to build for future growth and solve users' problems. After all, we are the experts at driving growth and building for the future, not our users.

Problems and impact the team is looking to drive:
The Monetisation Team are the champion for our power users. They look after first and foremost, the value we deliver to these users, as well as how we charge them. On top of delivering value to our users, the Monetisation Team will also own the underlying payment engine at VEED that span many countries across the globe.

Over the last 18 months, we've created a foundational growth loop of how we find new users and has since grown our revenue through acquiring new user by more than 6x. For the next 24 months, we're looking to scale by delivering more value to our users, finding the best freemium, self-serve upgrade model to monetise that supercharge our ambitious growth missions, as well as scaling and becoming the custodian of our payment engine.

Who are we looking for?
VEED.IO is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Lead) on Monetisation within our Growth Tribe.

We are looking for someone who has a founder's mindset, is growth-minded and have experience scaling teams and companies.

We believe currently at VEED, a big problem is that we're charging the casual and new users too much while delivering sub-optimal values and undercharging power users. We'd like to make VEED freer to drive our growth all around the world while focusing on delivering amazing value to our power users.

You will own, drive, and manage the strategy roadmaps, and successful delivery of all growth and monetisation opportunities align with our high-level monetisation vision of the company.

About you

• Has led the creation delivery of high impact product strategies for revenue earning SaaS products and has brought successful products to market.
• Can build great products - can think deeply through solving hard customer problems by building simple, delightful new product experiences.
• And grow them. Understands SaaS metrics and product-led growth principles intimately and gets excited about diving into the data to unearth new growth opportunities.
• Thrives on building high performing product teams. Some experience coaching other PMs is a bonus.

• Be the monetisation, pricing and revenue growth expert across the company
