As a UX Writer with a strong user-centric mindset you will own the UX content design vision and execution for our capital-as-a-service platform that include our lending and payments products and work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers to deliver delightful customer experiences. You will conduct user research, test, iterate and interact a lot with product teams to create content that is useful, intuitive, friendly and easily understood by the corresponding audiences - ensuring a consistent and clear brand voice in all our products.

What you'll work on:

• Own the UX Writing vision, best practices and execution
• Apply human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate a customer-centric culture across the * entire company (e.g. conduct design sprints, brainstorming sessions, etc.)
• Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Engineers on design challenges
• Define the messaging hierarchy, patterns, and guidelines for navigation, pages, and other web content
• Dig into quantitative and qualitative data for opportunities to improve website copy, architecture, and flows
• Create hypotheses, write variants, and analyze results for research and experiments
• Ensure site updates meet R2 design standards for voice/tone, UX writing, and user experience
• Transform complex and abstract concepts and challenges into well-articulated, tangible solution ideas with a strong problem solving mindset

Who you are:

• At least 3 years of experience working in UX writing and content design for digital products, apps or websites
• You are fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional writing skills in both
• You think strategically - you are comfortable working on complex systems and frame your work around business objectives
• You are able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You love to collaborate and advocate for the user as well as for clear and thoughtful content
• You are creative and a natural storyteller with the ability to persuade
• You are an effective communicator when articulating your vision, strategy and decisions of your design solutions
• You have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
• You can develop low-fidelity designs with minimal support in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar product design tools
