We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be a critical part of our continued growth driving new account acquisition and managing growth and expansion within existing customers.
We are looking for someone who has: - 4-6 years of work experience in sales, management or relevant experience.
- Previous experience working with SaaS/B2B segment.
- Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
What You Will Be Doing: - Manage and Inspire a team of Sales Engineers to ensure sales and customer success.
- Develop and nurture a disciplined sales pipeline.
- Source and develop new business opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of lead generation.
- Conduct continual pipeline recruiting efforts to find and hire top sales engineering talent within your region.
- Ensure that your team is enabled to support all required products and solutions along with required sales/soft skills.
