What You Will Be Doing:
- 3 years of Sales Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong SaaS/B2B sales experience.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- In depth knowledge of enterprise applications.
- Ability to operate in an ambitious environment.
- Experience and familiarity with IT management products and services.
- Domain expertise with IT Operations and Application Management.
- Coordinates company Solutions resources in the area to ensure the proper use and level of sales technical support.
- Identifies the business needs of key accounts and prospects and evaluates and develops solutions to meet those needs.
- Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
- Work in partnership with Sales to establish and maintain key technical relationship with a prospect or customer.
- Effectively engage company resources in all departments to develop high quality RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations to customers.
