As a Senior Product Manager, you are pivotal in steering Qase's product journey towards success. You'll be a driving force in ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing product utilization, transforming businesses, and elevating revenue growth. You will be reporting directly to the VP of Product, placing you at the strategic core of our product development.

- Lead in understanding and guiding the lifecycle of software development, deployment, and management.
- Conduct in-depth customer interviews and employ story mapping to refine and enhance product development.
- Utilize data and research to inform and guide strategic decisions.
- Advocate for superior design and usability in our products, prioritizing user experience.
- Operate independently and pragmatically, with a focus on delivering tangible results.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, engaging effectively with team members and executives alike in fluent English.
- Embrace a growth mindset, characterized by a proactive, action-oriented approach to innovation.
- (Bonus) Leverage your experience in building B2B DevTools and managing B2B customer engagements.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related fields.
- Demonstrated understanding of the B2B market, particularly in DevTools, including insights into competition and relevant technologies.
