We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Product to lead and grow our Product team. In this role, the Head of Product will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing product usage, driving business transformation, and increasing revenue growth by ensuring the engagement, success, retention, and expansion of Qase's clientele.

As the Head of Product, you will report directly to the Founder and thrive in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to promoting success for both our customers and the company. This position requires an action-oriented mindset and the ability to scale globally while fostering a customer-centric approach across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a consistent, seamless, and engaging end-to-end customer experience
• Align the team with the overall product line vision and objectives
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to validate, create, launch, and evaluate product experiences
• Play a key role in expanding the Qase Product Management team and realizing our product vision of becoming a leading test case management platform

Requirements:

• Demonstrated understanding of Dev.Tools markets, competition, and underlying technologies
• A track record of leading products to successful commercial outcomes
• 8+ years of relevant experience
