✨ Job Description
Responsibilities:
  1. Solve complex, high-scope technical problems.
  2. Develop new features and improvements for the Qase.io product.
  3. Regularly deliver features and improvements with minimal supervision
  4. Champion enhancements in product quality, security, and performance that can have a significant impact

Technology Stack:
  1. PHP (Laravel), Golang
  2. Postgres, Clickhouse, DocumentDB
  3. AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes

Requirements:
  1. Experience with - PHP and/or Golang
  2. In-depth understanding of microservices architecture patterns
  3. Proven experience in monolith decomposition
  4. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex technical, architectural, or organizational issues and provide comprehensive, iterative solutions.
  5. Comfortable working in a highly agile, iterative software development process. Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.

Nice-to-haves:
  1. Proficiency in fundamental algorithms and problem-solving techniques.
  2. Ability to effectively manage and maintain the underlying systems, servers, and resources that support the software applications, ensuring their reliability and performance.
  3. Experience in security and testability.

Hiring Process (up to 2 weeks):
  1. Selected candidates will be invited for an intro interview with the VP of Engineering.
  2. Candidates will then be invited to schedule a 60-minute technical interview.
  3. Finally, candidates will be invited to schedule a 60-minute offer interview with the VP of Engineering and the Founder of Qase.io.
