As an Account Executive at Qase.io, you'll drive our enterprise sales growth in Europe. You'll engage directly with technical decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently deliver results.
What you'll do:
Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
Sell into enterprise accounts, primarily targeting engineering and QA teams
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams
Utilize consultative selling approaches to communicate our value clearly
We're looking for someone who:
Has 3+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions (ideally developer tools, QA, observability, or related)
Thrives in technical sales conversations and understands the developer audience
Can effectively manage complex enterprise deals ($100k+ ARR)
Is highly self-driven and autonomous and thrives in remote environments
Values transparent, asynchronous communication and results-oriented culture
