Job Description
As an Account Executive at Qase.io, you'll drive our enterprise sales growth in Europe. You'll engage directly with technical decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently deliver results.

What you'll do:
  • Manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to close
  • Sell into enterprise accounts, primarily targeting engineering and QA teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with customer success and product teams
  • Utilize consultative selling approaches to communicate our value clearly


We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 3+ years selling enterprise SaaS solutions (ideally developer tools, QA, observability, or related)
  • Thrives in technical sales conversations and understands the developer audience
  • Can effectively manage complex enterprise deals ($100k+ ARR)
  • Is highly self-driven and autonomous and thrives in remote environments
  • Values transparent, asynchronous communication and results-oriented culture
