This role presents a chance to lead and expand a nascent Fintech division within a well-established market leader in Panama.
The position combines strategic visioning, team leadership, product innovation, and market expansion, offering a broad scope for professional growth and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and champion the Fintech division's strategic direction, integrating market insights, segmentation, and financial projections.
- Product Development and Scaling: Lead the roll-out and growth of Fintech products, including but not limited to Debit and Credit Cards, BNPL, and Credit Lines.
- Performance Management: Oversee the division's financial health and strategic milestones, maintaining accountability for results and P&L management.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and agility.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Engage with other divisions within Punto Pago to leverage synergies, enhancing the company's overall market offering.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in Fintech product development, preferably within Latin America, with a minimum of 3-5 years in leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, digital product acumen, exceptional communication abilities, and proficiency in English.
