✨ Job Description
As a Senior Data Engineer at getitAI, you will be the cornerstone of our data infrastructure, shaping the foundation of our AI-driven platform. Your mission will be to construct and manage sophisticated data systems that power real-time, empathetic interactions between our AI Sellers and customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and reliable data pipelines, leveraging AWS and dbt.
  • Manage ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integrity.
  • Utilize Snowplow for behavioral data collection and Materialize to build real-time analytics.
  • Administer PostgreSQL databases, ensuring performance and security.
  • Lead and mentor a team of data professionals in best practices and innovative solutions.

Experience Required:
  • Profound knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Expertise in constructing and maintaining ETL pipelines.
  • Experience with Snowplow for data collection and analytics.
  • Proficiency with Materialize for real-time data transformation.
  • Strong background in managing PostgreSQL databases.

Plus Points:
  • Experience with machine learning and real-time analytics implementations.
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda and AWS Kinesis for serverless computing and data streaming.
  • Knowledge of Kafka and Confluent Cloud for event streaming.
  • Experience with Snowflake and ClickHouse for data warehousing and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
  • Understanding of Cypher query language and graph database technologies like Neo4j or Memgraph.
