Job Description
Role Overview
  • Align Engineering with Qase’s mission: make software testing simple and fast.
  • Turn product vision into a clear technical roadmap.
  • Balance shipping speed with long-term technical health in a fast-growing SaaS (~40 people, $6M ARR, doubling YoY).
Team & Culture
  • Build a culture of ownership and direct feedback.
  • Communicate clearly and work async-first.
  • Help teams balance speed, scope, and quality.
Execution & Process
  • Prioritize between features, performance, reliability, and security.
  • Track and improve delivery, quality, and uptime metrics.
  • Own product stability and security.
Tech Stack
Backend: PHP (Laravel), Go
Data: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, DocumentDB
Infra: AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes
