- Analyze and re-engineer operational workflows across Sales, Marketing, Success, and Support to boost efficiency and scalability.

- Integrated Leadership Experience: You've managed both revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, Success) and operational functions (Ops, maybe even Finance/HR) in a high-growth tech company.
- Predictable Growth Engine Builder: You know how to build and optimize scalable go-to-market motions (inbound/outbound, channels, partnerships) that consistently generate and convert pipeline, especially in the mid-market.
- Operational & Financial Acumen: You deeply understand SaaS metrics and unit economics (CAC, LTV, NDR, payback periods) and have a history of optimizing operations to beat benchmarks.
- Enterprise Sales Expertise: You're a pro at navigating complex sales cycles, particularly in mid-market and upper-mid-market SaaS. Closing large, strategic enterprise deals (e.g., $250k+ ACV into organizations with 10,000+ employees) is a huge plus for our next growth phase.
