Qase
Qase is a fast-growing TestOps platform used by teams at Asana, SUSE, Wolt, Rakuten, and SeatGeek. We’re doubling ARR year over year, fully remote, and building an enterprise motion that didn’t exist a year ago.

This hire is our second AE in Europe - someone who can run a full cycle, think strategically about accounts, and shape how we land and expand inside mid-market and enterprise engineering teams.

Job Description
What you’ll own

You’ll run the entire sales motion — from the first conversation to expansion — with engineering, QA, and DevOps buyers. Your day-to-day will look like:

Client & Account Work
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical buyers
  • Understand customer needs deeply and position Qase with clear business value
  • Keep accounts healthy: satisfaction, retention, expansion
  • Find expansion paths (upsell, cross-sell, feature adoption, seat growth)

Market & Strategy
  • Track what’s happening in TestOps, CI/CD, QA, and Dev tooling
  • Share insights with product, marketing, and leadership
  • Help refine messaging, positioning, and sales plays as we scale

Collaboration
  • Partner with Marketing on lead quality and messaging
  • Work with Solutions Engineering, Product, and CS to deliver a smooth customer experience
  • Bring learnings back to the sales team and help elevate the motion

What you bring
Core sales abilities
  • Consistent history of hitting/exceeding quota in B2B SaaS
  • Strong in discovery, solution selling, objection handling, and closing
  • Comfortable running multi-stakeholder, technical deals
  • Familiar with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
Process & execution
  • Clean CRM habits and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to run multiple deal cycles in parallel
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable navigating friction, blockers, and deal ambiguity
Experience that helps
  • 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS
  • Selling to engineering/QA/DevOps teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with QA tools, test management, CI/CD, or DevOps ecosystems is beneficial
  • Fluent in English
